At AG Jeans Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
